NYSSBA is looking for student exhibits that highlight students' and teachers' creativity in three categories:

- Peer or Community Engagement
- Student Support Initiatives

Note: NYSSBA has negotiated room rates at the Hilton. Housing opens on August 12, 2025 at 10am. More information can be found at www.nyssba.org/convention.
Your display must remain in place and staffed during show hours.
- Friday, October 24: all day, hours 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Saturday, October 25: morning, hours 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Student Exhibit Details
- Student tabletop displays are provided at no charge to the district
- A tabletop display includes: 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, ID signage
- Includes twelve (12) student registrations and three (3) supervising adult registrations (students must be supervised by adults at all times)
- Listing in our Convention App and Website
- Limited Wi-Fi suitable for checking email
- Space is extremely limited
- Student booths will be assigned beginning May 15
- DOES NOT include: internet, electricity and audio-visual needs. These are available for separate fees through the Exhibitor Service Kit to be released in Summer 2025.

May 9: Deadline to reserve a Student Exhibit in the Student Showcase area
August 12: Booth Staff Registration/Housing Open
October 10: Booth Staff Registration closes
October 23: Move-in: 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
October 24: Move-in: 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
October 25: Move-out: 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
